WE HAVE NOT RAISED OUR PRICES FOR 2012 - While others keep climbing! Our prices are lower because we own our properties, we do not charge cleaning or booking fees, and we have been in business 25 years. We are locals who work at Snowbird Mountain School (30years) and have also worked at Alta and Park West (now the Canyons). We are 25-year members of Ski Utah and Professional Ski Instructors of America. When you call, you will actually get Tom or Nancy. If you want the personal touch that you don't get when calling management companies or out-of-state owners, give us a call. Our combination of location, quality, cleanliness, service and pricing cannot be beat. Our spacious townhouses are only 15 min. to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude and 30 min. to Park City. Each unit comes equipped with kitchenware, microwave, telephone, stereo, color TV, VCR, washer/dryer and garage. Spa facilities are located nearby.
