Because we own and operate our own business, we bring you significant savings on your Utah ski vacation home costs. Due to our high occupancy rate, we recommend you book your Utah snowboard and ski vacation plans as early as possible.

*Please read the following information carefully and call if you have questions.* Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a cash/check/money order deposit of $300 for each unit. This is a deposit only and does not apply to your vacation rental rate. In the event of cancellation, your deposit, minus $50 handling fee, is refundable only if we can rebook your reservation period. We reserve the right to upgrade your vacation rental to one of equal or greater value based upon bookings and availability. The following policies also apply:
Holiday: Your full vacation rental payment (plus deposit) must be received 45 days prior to your arrival if booking during peak periods. Non-holiday: Your full rental payment (excluding deposit) is due upon arrival and must be in the form of cash, money order or traveler’s checks. Personal checks must be submitted 30 days prior to your arrival. No personal checks accepted upon arrival.	Deposit: Your entire deposit will be returned within one week of departure if there are no missing articles, damaged property and if the unit is left in a reasonably clean state. Bookings: We will be happy to help with bookings to accommodate you if our availability does not fit your needs.
